Welcome to the Ordering and Product Guide! This guide is here to help answer many of the initial questions you may have about products and ordering. As always, please let Holly know if you need any assistance with your order.
Your images will be professionally printed on matte lustre photo paper or art canvas in your choice of color, black and white, or sepia. 10x10 standard prints and larger will be mounted on styrene board for durability. There are also options for custom cards for birth announcements and holidays, albums, storyboards, photo charms, matted 5x7 prints, and digital image files.
Proofs: The proofs in your gallery were cropped to a 4x5 ratio. Please keep in mind that 4x6 and 5x7 prints are narrower crops, so they may appear slightly different than your proofs. Square prints are also available.
Orders: Your ordering gallery will be available for 7 days for your viewing and ordering. It will expire at midnight on the date shown in your gallery. All orders should be placed during this time period.
Wall Gallery Design: Holly is available through email, phone, or during an ordering session to help you design a wall gallery for your home. Click here for more information.
Payment: Checks are preferred; however all major credit cards are accepted through the online shopping cart. Holly also takes Paypal, which has a great “bill me later” option. Click here for more information and to apply.
Notes: If there are any notes about a certain image you'd like to include in your order, please choose "Add notes for this image" and type it there. (Ex. Photoshop scratch off face.) Anything other than a small scratch or blemish should be discussed with Holly prior to ordering.
Delivery & Shipping: Orders will be processed and prints delivered within two to four weeks of received payment. There is a $5 delivery fee added to all orders during checkout. If there are additional addresses you would like a portion of your order delivered to, please email those addresses to Holly with the prints that should be sent. $5 will be added to your final total (after taxes) for each address. If you are paying by check, please add the shipping charges before writing your check.
Reorders: There is a $50 minimum for reorders at a later date. Images from your session will be kept on file for one year. Prices are guaranteed for a period of 30 days following the date of the portrait session. Items purchased more than 30 days after the date of the session will be priced from the most recent price list in effect. See above for delivery information.
